Biography

Korey Williams was born and raised in suburban Chicago. He studied at Illinois Wesleyan University, Hertford College at the University of Oxford, Cornell University, and the University of Chicago. He is currently a Harper & Schmidt Fellow and Collegiate Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago. His work appears (or is forthcoming) in The Offing, Narrative Magazine, Spoon River Poetry Review, Mid Theory Collective, History of the Present, and elsewhere. His debut poetry collection, Wild Indigo, is forthcoming from Princeton University Press.
